System and G: Empowering Youth through International
Experiences
Founded by young people, for young people, System and G is a dynamic “learning-to-learn” project
designed to support youth, particularly those facing fewer opportunities. The core of our organisation comprises former ESC volunteers with extensive experience in Youth in Action and Erasmus+ projects. Our team has been deeply involved in international youth exchanges, seminars, training courses, youth workshops, initiatives, and projects focused on Democracy and Structured Dialogue, along with extensive work in the NGO sector.

At System and G, we are driven by our passion for educating and empowering youth, with a special focus on those from less privileged backgrounds. We offer a range of local, national, and international quality projects, enabling young people to gain invaluable international experience, acquire new knowledge, and develop diverse skills. These opportunities help them develop a robust set of competencies that will serve them throughout their personal and professional lives. We firmly believe that international experience, cultural exchange, and sharing of experiences are powerful tools for personal development. They broaden young people’s perspectives, offering them a more comprehensive view of themselves, their country, and their future. Through this, System and G strives to foster a sense of European consciousness and promote intercultural understanding.
To bring our mission to life, we organise and participate in various national and international events, bringing together motivated young people and encouraging Greek youth to explore other cultures. This promotes mobility and strengthens the European dimension of youth development.
Our Recognition
As an accredited organisation, System and G is officially authorised to send, host, and coordinate ESC volunteers. We offer a range of engaging opportunities for young people, including ESC placements, training courses, seminars, Structured Dialogue, Strategic Partnerships, Youth Initiatives, and Youth Exchanges. These initiatives provide young people with a new dimension of learning and personal growth.
